End of neutrals week,black&brown!!

Wow, this has been the first challenge I have done on ylf and it really does open your eyes change perspective and has helped me view my wardrobe in a new light, I have tried things I have not thoughtabout putting together before!!! I have really enjoyed seeing others mixes&matches!! Learning a lot!!!

#1- got up a little late and had to prepare for meeting later in the day, grabbed black twill straight cut black slacks, black tank same black Reba booties and denim.jacket. lots of compliments on this,outfit I thought might be too simple?
#2- added rust burgundy scarf
#3- I have not tried this together before, brown boots, brown textured hose, black Hue skirt, and ON cheetah print blouse, felt too big, (I'm not a tucker), so I tied the front and halftucked the back, what do ya'll think??

It is amazing how much denim jacket changes the outfit: I really like #1, no wonder you got compliments on it. It looks great both with pearls and with scarf.
I also wore a brown based animal print and black this week: I find this combo very sophisticated.

I forgot to tell you how much I love the scarf you are wearing in the second photo. Is it a recent purchase?

I like all three look! The scarf in #2 is very lovely!! The mixing of black and brown in #3 is one of my favortie color combos and the top is really pretty!

I really love both. I am a total black and brown/cognac fan..so #3 is just so wonderful to me.

The first really impresses me because it each piece is classic and basic but has a great uniqueness to each. The jean jacket as more of a blazer is FAB !! The black boots with a pointy toe..it is just great !

@Sarah&Joy-thank you!! Yes Joy this scarf is fairly recent I found it @ coldwater creek they had great autumn colors this fall
@Mellis&Sveta- thanks I am really loving the browns and blacks together lately! Sveta I think you are right, it does have a little sophisticated look
@Kappy- thanks I am having a hard time finding right light in the house so I thought I would give outside a try I am glad you can see better too, ( I thought it was just my bad eyes!! lol )
@Meredith&Izabel-you all are ahead of me with black/brown combos but I have loved all the examples I have found here on YLF and glad I tried it
