I leave for San Francisco tomorrow. The weather has improved since I last checked the forecast. Upper 60's to low Seventies. I'm so used to cold rainy Seattle. I don't know what to pack.
Since I need a picture for Realtime posts:
Also here are the new boots over jeans. They slouch more, it is too much slouch?

What were you wearing last week when it was warm? Any longer shorts (like your cargo harem shorts) with longer sleeved blouses, and a couple jackets?

They seem fine! Can you wear them with black leggings and one of your boxy black dresses for the trip too? How much walking are you planning to do? SF is a walking city for me - perhaps bring a pair of walking shoes too?

It rained a bit in the bay area today, at least where I was. It's been ping ponging between warm and cool even more than usual this spring. I don't think you'll be too off if you pack as if you were packing for Seattle. Maybe some lighter options that can be layered; depending on where specifically you'll be the wind and the sun could make the effective temp very different.

Sure felt like Seattle today -it has been cool and drizzly. 8:30 tonight and it is 54 degrees and windy. Sunday forecast is best of the weekend with 70's. But if you are staying only in the city, you need some layers.
Rain is supposed to clear by tomorrow.

Hm, low 70s for me means half exposure... either jeans and a tank or shorts and a jacket. But I don' t know SF weather well. If there is a breeze, it could be deadly. Layers?

I don't see much slouch in the boots at all on my monitor. As long as the fringe has a nice line and isn't bunchy/droopy. Do you think they will continue to slouch more and more as you wear them?

I forgot the boots - they look good.
70's in SF is jeans weather. I would only plan for really warm weather if you are going south to San Jose/Morgan Hill or up to Napa where the breezes are less. Even then, bring a layer for sundown and evening.
If you are going out on the bay/up to coast by Marin at all, you need something heavier than a sweater.

Well, I'm in SF right now. Albeit, inside a building. Still, I'm wearing a parka, a (cute) sweatshirt, a tank top, trousers, chucks, big scarf, and have got a knit cap in my pocket.

Layers, they're the only answer.

Do not trust the forecast. It is ALWAYS cold in SF. I went to UCB and it would be gorgeous and the second you crossed into the bay you would freeze your buns off. Take layers.

Also, SF has good shopping, so worst come to worst, you buy something.

At the airport. I took out my heeled sandals & two short sleeved dresses. Added low heeled ankle boots & did pack my new boots. Currently enjoying a mimosa because I misjudged traffic & at airport super early.
