There's a whole lot of rumbling about weight going on so I'm issuing a challenge. your mission, should you accept it, is to embrace the healthy. We did this at my job. I'm gluten free, for Celiacs- not weight loss, so I'm not really dieting. I am trying to make better food choices, like fruit for snacks.
I've declared April my personal fitness first month. I'm cutting back on working to focus on becoming more fit. I worked 80 hours last week and have averaged 65-70 hours, and that just hasn't left me any time to work out.
Anybody up for embracing the healthy, fitness first?
