Two recent experiences with Eileen Fisher to report!

First, KnittingGene's post on the thread about EF silk tees lead me to Eileen Fisher Renew. I quick browse suggested I needed this silk plaid shirt dress and a shibori dyed scarf that I have been lusting after for awhile. They both arrived this week. While the items were laundered, they needed to be washed again. The scarf had a bit of a thrift store odor, and the dress had a few small stains that were very hard to notice. Both items washed nicely, the dress stood up to some gentle spot treatment, and were in fine condition otherwise. The savings were pretty good over new, so I am satisfied. Now to find a belt to add waist definition to the dress. It's a little short for my taste, so leggings or tights will be required! The plaid makes it more of a fall piece anyway.

Second, I was browsing at Nordstrom Rack this evening and found two EF camis. A red one was marked for less than $15-- nothing wrong with it, brand new. I even asked the Sales Associate if that was the right price- he told me yes, and I didn't argue. Mine now! Sometimes you get lucky...
