EF Sweater: Which Size?

Angie suggested that I size up. The difference is mostly in the length of the body and arms. I like the arm length of the PP but the body length of the PS. What do you think?

The PS pics precede the PP ones.

I like the longer length on you. And do I remember that you felt the pp was a little short on the side for you? (I might be getting mixed up.). I always push sleeves up so if you do, sleeve length doesn't matter. But if you don't you could do the long cuff foldback that is on so many sweaters these days.

EF is supposed to have movement. Definitely like the PS on you sweater looks fabulous on you. Love it!!

I think I like the smaller size, and love the look with your sleeves rolled up.

I would base your choice of size on what you'll most often be wearing it with. I prefer the shorter length with the skirt but the longer length with the jeans. If I absolutely had to make a choice, I would go with the PS.

I like the PS best, too. The drape of it is beautiful on you, and it does not look overwhelming at all.

I also prefer the PS. Really a fun sweater. It's not pilling, though, is it? I see something, but it could just be flecks on the mirror (that are invisible until one tries to take a picture).

Many thanks for taking the time to weigh in: KnittingGene, gryffin, jill58, Angie, Deborah, vlrodriguez, Gigi, Banoffi, Firecracker, Scarlet, Rachylou, and Joy. Looks like there is near consensus that the PP should go back.

Scarlet, you had me running upstairs to check the sweater and the mirror. Looks like I need to clean that mirror! No surprise, actually. And no pills!!! And I hope there never are any as I've never spent this much for a sweater or anything else for that matter (I don't own cashmere or buy heavy winter coats or boots). Gotta say, I didn't think merino could be this soft.
