As a long time lurker, sporadic commenter and first time photo poster I would really appreciate your feedback on the fit and degree of figure flattery of this sweater. I'm still too shy to bare my face so I appreciate your patience.

I fell in love with the architectural look of this sweater and think it would be a great way to refresh my fall style. I do admire the look of Eileen Fisher on others but it doesn't love me back. I think my body Is the opposite of what her designs are meant to flatter. I'm a slender pear with a small bust and narrow rib cage but with shoulders that give me IT tendencies despite being slightly sloped. I also have a very long rise.

Does the cut of this sweater flatter? Do I have enough shoulders/bust to give it the structure it needs to flatter? The beige color does me no favors but was the only option in this size. The gray shown as a find is much better and is available online. I'm not wearing anything under the sweater in these photos. I would wear a cami or something similar to create a column of color.
