I have many EB items and considered them a reliable source for stylish, practical lifestyle clothing, jeans, flannel shirts, sweaters and especially their "sleep sweaters". I have 3 turtle necks and a cardigan that are in constant rotation from September to May . So yes am sad to know they are in difficult times

Karie, I guess I’m not the only one who will miss them. I also have a nice lightweight softshell jacket from EB. This is the kind of thing I really like - nice quality but not too precious,

Indigoprint, yes, they have nice clothes for an everyday casual life like mine. I hope their online offerings won’t change too much.

I care, and it makes me sad

Good store for a specific fit and style. They do TALLS well too.

Angie, I’m sad, too. They changed, but not enough, I guess. I always wished I were tall, especially at parades. Friends who are tall, though, complain about too short pants and too short sleeves. Maybe if they had shopped at EB, this wouldn’t have happened.

I will miss them when they are gone. Both my winter puffer coats are Eddie Bauer and they've lasted for many years. I also have a couple of vneck t-shirts from them that have held up well over time. I've always liked their quality.

Lisa, I had one of their down coats for a decade, or so. I got a new one this year only because the old one became too snug. I wore the new one today, in fact. We’re having chilly weather after all our snow.
