I came across a pair of Ecco TheraP sneakers at Winners yesterday. Price is excellent. Colour (kind of a citron/lemon yellow) is good. And the arch support is amazing.
My question though, is long term experience with the shoe. I see a few reviews online that say it is not comfortable across the forefoot and I get a hint of that. The toe box is quite high -- which is good for me. But that also means there's quite a bit of leather over the toes that isn't actually filled with foot, if that makes sense. The width isn't bad for me -- the shape jogs out just where my foot needs the width.
If you've worn this shoe, I'd be interested to hear if the leather softens up and what your overall comfort experience have been.
At this price this is a pretty low risk way to try a new style, but since they're still not free, any other information I can glean will help me decide if this is an experiment I want to try.
Thanks to anyone who can comment!!
