I have bought a couple of items on Ebay that I've needed to return. I carefully checked the "return details" before purchasing - they usually said something like refund if returned in 14 days, buyer pays return shipping. I am running into a "restocking fee" of anywhere from 10-25%. While I understand sellers charging a restocking fee, I'd like to know about it upfront when I make the purchase decision.
