I recently ordered green sandals, only to find them damaged upon arrival
I returned them and asked that shipping be refunded as well, since they were not in NWT condition, but rather seconds and/or damaged. They refunded their shipping to me, but not my shipping back to them ($8.75). Should I expect, and ask for, this amount to be refunded, or is that just the cost of doing business online??
Thanks for any insight for those of you who have maybe been on both sides of this.
