Stealing from the previous title, hi Windchime!

I am having this issue on ebay where things go circular. I tried to contact a seller and the only way seems thru this ebay form process...there was no email or other contact info. The big problem was when I tried to use the ebay form it went nowhere. I would put in the question, click "next" and be taken right back to the start, the seller's store page.

I thought that store was just making things difficult, but I tried another seller highly recommended by a friend...same problem. And she had said this seller was easy to work with and would do custom work. Well, not if you can't even talk to them!

This has gone on over at least a week, btw, not just a one time glitch.

Finally last night I clicked "buy now" on an item and nothing would show up in my cart. I tried that on several items and was never allowed to attempt a purchase. I feel like something is blocking me here...surely if it was a site wide problem ebay would have noticed they weren't making any sales.

What am I missing? Have I done something, or not done something? I have an account and a watch list, etc. I get emails. I don't know what to do.
