Forever 21 is one of the few stores that we have locally, but it's such a pain to shop there that I rarely do. Today, I was looking at some specific items on their website. I had them in my shopping cart, so all of the item numbers were displayed. I called my local store, and had them check their computer system to see what was in stock, and then the girl pulled them from the sales floor and held them for me. I will do this more often in the future- so much easier!
