That necklace is quite a statement so I would probably go for a less statement earring.Maybe smalll textured gold hoops that echoed the necklace but did not compete.I don’t wear overly big earrings as I wear glasses and I feel that they might compete.
I would echo both the above replies and say small, but chunky gold hoops or gold studs large enough that they don’t disappear entirely. Love the necklace!
I'm thinking with your hair color and style, delicate bone structure, and potential specs, a pair of mildly thick width but short gold hoops. Would love to see what you pick!
This necklace makes me think of the eighties (peeping out from under the collar of a buttoned-up silk shirt) so I would be inclined to pair it with the fairly large, flat, gold clip-on earrings of that era. But then, I don't have pierced ears, so little studs aren't an option for me...

I’m looking on Etsy for something that could stand up to the boldness - hammered, a little chunky without being too “much.” There is a shop called NamaHandmadeJewelry on Etsy out of Seattle that looks to have some small hoops that are very pretty...not too big, not too heavy, but with the uneven texture of the necklace .
