I made a few purchases in the last week, based on my practical needs. Nothing super exciting, although I was excited to find these items.

First up, in photos 1-4: I succumbed to social media advertising and after reading reviews, I decided to try a WoolX tee. I find it TTS and pretty flattering and comfortable. I haven’t laundered yet so nothing to report on that front, but the quality seems good. Not super light but nicely opaque and the V neck is not too deep. Keeping, because I ALWAYS need simple and well-fitting black tees (I have three, and one is getting faded and worn out, soon to become sleepwear).

Photos 1-2: lightweight tencel/cotton lightweight joggers from Cloth & Stone. These will replace the OLD C&S olive joggers I got from Anthropologie probably six years ago. They have been worn to death and are just about done for. I chanced upon these in Marshall’s and for $30 they will be super useful. Hoping they hold up as well as the old ones did.

Pics 3-4 BlankNYC cotton-spandex full-length grey joggers. Again from the same Marshall’s, and they probably look redundant with the first pair, but these are thicker and warmer, more like sweatshirt material, and full length. Zips at the ankles are a nice touch too. I grabbed both pairs thinking maybe one would work (no try-ons in store), and I really like both.

Pic 5 - TNF blue-green hoodie. Yeah, it’s super casual with the graphic, but I love the color and it fits well. It’s not so easy to find this particular color.

This is my reality for now!

Haircut that was scheduled for today is postponed to next week. My stylist hurt his back.
