Duo e-mailed me back to say they would check about having their carrier pick up my boots! And not to worry about the 14 day return time, and that they would see about boots that better fit my ankle. So if that all works out, then they get an A+ for customer service.
That said, I switched from booties to my Cordani black flat boots, for the same reasons as Mo and Brenda posted regarding ankle boots and skinnies. And now I'm not even sure I need another pair of black boots at all. These seem too RATE to me for work, but maybe not?
