So, when Angie posted about the minimal boot capsule a couple of weeks ago, I realized that I currently have NO dressy boots or booties at the moment. I would prefer a bootie to a tall boot as they can be worn under trousers as well as with skirts/dresses. They must be black and have a heel under 2.5", and not be too gappy at the ankle. Oh, and have some interesting detail - I find the plain black, sleek dressy boots so boring.
Anyway, I have found a few options and was wondering what you thought of them. Or, if you have other suggestions, I am all ears.

1: Everybody Galla - I like the asymmetric zippers and pleating design, and I like that there is a little dip in the front. The heel is nice and low but still looks like a heel.

2: Melin boots that Angie posted about yesterday - I like these but wonder if they are dressy enough especially with skirts. Do the elastic and the block heel make them appear too casual?

3: Everybody Gamma - Love the deep cutout front, but are the ruffles and bows too much?

ETA: There is also the option of getting one of the Everybody styles in black, and the Melin in red to replace my shoddy Portlandia burgundy booties.
