Dressing the suggestions- Aida's

When I wore this orange shirt with a denim skirt Aida suggested I add some bright orange earrings.
I have to confess that I didn't have ones but found some that I love at lucky jeans.This are the biggest earrings I own, 2 years ago I didn't even had my ears pierced.As I was looking trough the pictures I noticed that you cannot really see them with the hair down.So my question is
Ladies who have longish hair, what do you do when you wear big earrings?

Very nice earrings!

When my hair was longer, I would leave it down, but with my hair tucked behind my ears. I felt like that was a more boho look, which those earring would go great with! Or you could pull your hair back in a low ponytail.

I would wear my hair up with more formal looking earrings.

oh! i like those earrings... when i had long hair i would use a french twist a lot, i found it just as easy to do as a ponytail but a bit dressier.

It's true - bold earring are often lost in long hair! If you really want to show off a pair, you can gather the sides of your hair up - if you still want to keep hair looking long - or follow Kristin and Sarah's suggestions. Even a quick chignon can highlight the earrings beautifully.

Love the new earrings - very antique looking.

Great earrings!! I like those a lot. Agree that they do get a bit lost in your hair. I think pulling it back in a casual up-do like a messy bun or twist would showcase them well. I'd keep it from being too sleek if that makes sense.

when i had long hair, I wore it pulled back a lot so my earings wouldn't get "lost". I think this is a nice outfit and you look great!

Yay I love your new earrings Celia! They look wonderful with this outfit. I wear big earrings both with hair down and hair up, and actually love to wear them with hair down because I feel like I can get away with wearing bigger earrings when my hair obscures them slightly Even if you wear them with your hair down, the light will catch and you can tell they are there though they may not show up in photos too well.
