Dress Heels for the low-volume foot

Can anyone recommend some heels for the low volume foot? I have NARROW heels that slip out of pumps, so have gone with mary janes....sometimes those look a little frump though. I live in Seattle, so mostly need recommendations for cold temps while on the way to the symphony THANK YOU

Do you have a price point in mind? I had AA feet, and still do in the heel. I used to wear Ferragamo because it runs narrow. My grandma did too. However, those are now $500 dollar shoes, and the inflation bothers me...

I don't have specific shoe recommendations, but have another suggestion. I have narrow heels that slip out of most pumps too. I add heel inserts and that frequently fixes the problem. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Sof-Sol.....8&

I have the same problem. Have you tried the Sam Edelman Okala's? They have an ankle strap which works for me and a very walkable heel. They may not be super warm though as they have open sides but you could wear them with some kind of hose.

Would dress boots be a possibility? Since they go all the way up your calf, they stay on better than pumps and would keep you warm in the colder weather.

I have the same issue, I usually wear an ankle boot, calf high boot, or a heel with a strap around the ankle.
