I had such a fun day with my daughter! We went out for lunch then to get a massage.. I suggested a quick stop at the nearby shops. At the first one, she found a beautiful lace black dress. She has a lovely hourglass figure and it fit her perfectly. Plus it was on sale for like $25!
Then we went to Anthro and both tried on several things. I considered a pair of silky slouchy track pants in a pretty print- which she dubbed MC Hammer pants- but I wasn't sold on the colors. But I did find a nice cream sweater on sale.
We both really loved a silk hi low skirt in shades of cream and gray for her. It was beautiful. But then she tried on this silk maxi. The colors are beautiful and it fit her so well. Even the length was perfect. I offered to treat her but she insisted on buying it herself even though her salary as a camp Program Director is pretty paltry!
I told her that her boyfriend better be ready to take her out so that she can wear her pretty new dresses!
