I will be attending an event at a private estate located in S Florida in the coming weeks. It is an equestrian event which calls for ladies to dress in "Garden Glamour". Men is jacket required and tie optional. That means tie manadatory for my husband. What should I wear? I have been told a hat is a must but that is a bold statement at an event where I know few of the people attending. Thanks for your input!
