Sona has asked me to run the dress challenge for her this week as our sweetheart is dealing with some medical issues (she has told me it's ok to say that).

Please post your outfit here if you'd like to participate. Also please feel free to post your own individual thread of your outfit too. We can enjoy it twice!

Here is mine. To allude to Natalie's challenge as well, I got this dress out of the deepest corner of my closet. I have not worn it for about a year.

Hope you're feeling better Sona and thanks for picking up the baton Shannon.

Here's what I wore on Monday. I love the floaty feminine feel of this dress. I paired it with taupe wedges and bag and I also wore my favourite silver heart ear-rings and pendant chain.

Sorry got DS out of bed to take the photos he wasn't quite awake so they're not his best work.

Hello Ladies, you all look very fancy in your dresses, love every one of them.
I will try to do the challenge during the week.
My first one is my GAP cobalt dress(much like the Eliza J. that escaped me last year). I am winterizing it with double knit pants underneath.
Somehow I thought it was interesting to pair it with this shade of pink in the scarf.
Outside I added black platform desert boots and my grey puffer.

Nice to see y'all, now I have to go back to work

Totally inadvertently am in both the challenges! And joining the ink blue with black trend!

Oversized Garnet Hill sweater over consignment Theory dress with Gidigio boots and scarf. Added beanie because of new blogger whom I adore. Not sure it works but it is comfy!

I love this challenge! Here's my winter dress. The dress is actually a chiffon like fabric, but the rich colors and pleating work well for winter. I've got tights and high boots to help keep me warm plus a sweater. To top it all off, I am doing the scarf challenge too, so I'm wearing a scarf as a cummerbund underneath my belt. (Closeup over at the scarf post!)

So many stunning looks on this thread, so many gorgeous women. Sona, what a fabulous idea! I'm sending you good thoughts and hoping that you feel better soon.

No dress for me today, as I have to go to the playground with my daughter in the snow. But I wore a dress out last night for my son's 12th birthday dinner with family. New Helmut Lang dress that I bought on vacation last week. Wasn't thinking of winter when I bought it, but the challenge was definitely the impetus to give it a whirl. Thanks Sona!!!

Tina - that Helmut Lang dress is to die for! Love the colours and the shape - very figure flattering. Works perfectly with the blazer, tights and booties for winterizing. This could really be a four season dress, couldn't it?
