Well, I for one like it a lot! The colors and pattern are really pretty! I even like the shine - I don't think it looks like a Las Vegas dress at all...? My shiny skirt is my favorite, and I wear it all the time.

BUT if you don't love it, you don't love it. The most important thing is to feel fab.

I personally don't like it that much. It's not necessarily the flashy part. ( I like sequined black dresses) but the combo of proportions texture and shine. Maybe it looks better IRL, but I find the Eliza J a better and prettier one!

I think Vegas will be the perfect testing ground for this dress. If you don't feel like wearing it in Vegas, of all places in the world, you know you need to return it. And if you do wear it in Vegas, then you have a fab new dress in your wardrobe.

I'll report back with how it goes. Still at the airport-haven't made it to the Strip or our hotel yet.

I think this dress would be enhanced by wearing a casual blue denim jeans jacket over it, sleeves rolled/scrunched, collar popped, and cowboy boots. Yeah, honestly!

I like the idea, Sheila. I don't have cowboy boots-what about my cognac rock port boots?

I like the way Sheila is thinking! I also thought of playing up a more funky/casual vibe with it.

Oh Kari, your cognac boots with denim jacket is a great idea! Why not try it?

Will do for sure when I get home!
