Help! I finally cut my naturally curly hair from waist length to somewhere between ear & neck length, & it's now more wavy than curly so I don't know how to style it. Not only that, but I'm worried that this cut doesn't look great on my face because of my strong jaw (the hairdresser kept telling me that I have an oval face, but looking at these photos makes me think otherwise...) I'm also a little unsure about how round my cheeks look in other photos.
I don't know how to describe it, but it's almost like I have a long face that SHOULD be oval, but my cheeks make it more round-appearing & the jaw makes it appear more square/ rectangular. This means that I'm at a loss on how I should be styling my new haircut in order to make it look flattering on my face (& in proportion to my body - I'm not skinny enough to pull off the gamine waif look)!
For some reason, I really like the way my hair looks in the last photo, but I can't seem to figure out why. Maybe because it's got a some more volume up top? But wouldn't that just make my face look longer than it already does? Can't quite figure out my own face, lol - help!
