Love the zippered cardigan, Lyn. I can see that becoming a workhorse super star. I really like the polka dot blazer, but personally, I would probably grow tired of any kind of pattern in a blazer.

Zippered cardigan is awesome - I even could break my moratorium for cardigans and succumb to this one - where is it from?
Polka dot blazer is fun but like Carole I am not sure how long I would like this pattern in the blazer. On the other hand if it is not expensive may be a fun thing to play with for a season or two.

I think the zippered cardigan is awesome! I also think a dotty blazer would fit perfectly into your wardrobe, and it would be very versatile. I say if you find one you like to go for it, it would be fun!

I've been eyeballing dotted blazers, they look so fun. I already own a statement blazer, it's with stripes and while it is more of a standout piece and pairs best with solids, I always enjoy wearing it. I think as long as you have other pieces that remix well (ie solids) having one or two printed toppers can be a fun addition.

Maybe this would be a great bridge piece for you - the structure of a blazer but combined with your signature dots. I know it would look great on you it's just a matter of many solid shells and dresses you have. Dot-on-dot could work but obviously will be tougher and probably not an every day look.

I think it could work very well for you new professional style and still keep kind of a signature fun-ness to your looks. If it isnt too expensive I would probably consider. The zipped cardi-jacket looks awesome!

I have a striped blazer , white with thin orange and navy stipes. It's a really cool vintage find And I've worn it a lot.
So i say go with a pattern you love! . I wear mine with dark/white.coral bottoms and navy/white/dark/orange tops. And of course with jeans. I say yay to a blazer in a loved pattern!

I like both of these for you lyn - the zippered cardigan/jacket is fantastic and I can see that working with so many things. And the dotty one is lovely, especially for spring & summer. Nothing wrong with having a patterned jacket.

Both are stunning Lyn! As far as a patterned blazer goes I think this dotty one would be the most versatile while still packing a punch.

I like both of these for you a lot, Lyn! I think the dotty jacket will see lots of use. You may tire of it after a season, but so what? It will be so much fun for spring. The zippered cardigan will be a workhorse, too.

If polka dots are your "signature" print, which they may be based on the WIW's you've posted previously, then it'll be a very good buy and most likely make you smile everytime you wear it. For instance, tartan is "my" print and if I spotted a tartan blazer, I'd snap it up in a heartbeat
