It's a lovely dress that came to me in a clothes swap some years ago that I have never worn. Would look great at a summer wedding, graduation, etc. Could be work-ready with a nice blazer or jacket.
On me (5'3" or 4"), it's just above the knee. Fits perfectly in the chest and hips but has too much room in the waist, and I don't like where the top stripe hits me (quite frankly, we're talking mid-boob).
It would look truly spectacular on someone a bit more rectangular, though, or an hourglass who's slightly less ... overly gifted ... in the boob department.
