Hi all,

Well, we're halfway through winter in my part of the world now (Yay!) and I've been wearing mostly greys, blues, denim and black but I do have some burgundy in my wardrobe to help liven things up. No, its not quite the fabulous bright colour combinations that ANGIE looks so incredible in but it's the sort of colour that's rich and punchy enough for me comfortably wearing in fall/winter.

I bought these Gap 90s burgundy corduroy straight jeans a few years back, and they've turned out to be such a fun option to wear when I feel the need for some colour injection. I find they coordinate quite well with so much of my wardrobe. They'd been on my HEWI list for quite some time, so I was pretty happy when I finally found them.

I've also had the burgundy Calvin Klein puffer coat for several winters now, its been a total workhorse for me when the winter temps aren't insanely cold.

I paired my barrel jeans with an old burgundy MEC zip jacket and grey merino sweater tee. However, the chelsea boots are a bit chunkier than I like with barrels but my feet definitely have the final say on which footwear they're happiest wearing.

The burgundy quarter zip sweatshirt and ON grey widelegs are nothing too special but are an easy and comfy outfit to look pull together for running around or going to the doctors.

Well, that's some of my burgundy collection for fall/winter.
Thanks for looking.
