Do you still wear Hollister jeans?

In my teens I did shop at Hollister, but it’s been many years since I have and I haven’t noticed many women that wear their jeans past the teen age.
I was wondering if any of you still wear them and if they are meant to fit an adult body, I might be interested in buying again.
The only adult women I have seen wear them ride horses or do show jumping so maybe it’s only for that style nowadays, or I’m wrong and they are for anyone.

That’s an interesting question. I never wore Hollister, and I don’t have any jeans left from my teen years... I weighed more. But I buy (fake) jeans now from teeny bopper stores. Women’s jeans can be a little behind the curve...

I’m not a big jeans wearer, but a couple years ago, a purple dress with a fitted bodice and swirly skirt caught my eye. I was surprised how well it fit because I’d been expecting what you said—wrong cut for an adult body. But I was wrong, it fit me just right, and I wore it a ton. Unfortunately, the fabric quality meant the dress didn’t last that long.

I say, if you like their jeans, give them a go!

They never fit my body, but I'm with kkards - if they fit YOUR body, wear them! Don't try to wear a denim brand simply because others are wearing it. Great fitting denim can be found regardless of label!

It’s been years since I’ve tried them, I don’t recall them coming in lengths for tall women, I was shorter years ago so back then a long was good enough.

I don’t want to be the only woman walking around in them if they aren’t in style right now, if people stare I’ll get anxiety going out :s

Maybe other members will chime in that wear them.

Don't own anything by Hollister, not even sure where the nearest store is.
And yes like others said, if they fit, then great. There are a lot more options in tall jeans out there, though.
I searched a subreddit on fashion, not a whole lot of mention of Hollister in general. I looked at their website, it definitely skew young, as in they divided by "Guys" and "Girls". Social media is young too.
But honestly looking at their jeans offering, it really doesn't look current. A lot of their styles are heavily distressed, holes etc. Their whiskering doesn't look good at all, in my opinion.
If you do get a pair from there, then choose carefully.

Anna is spot on. Also, from what I’ve seen, their quality is pretty shoddy so you probably won’t get the best value from their denim. But if they fit and you like them, why not?

Thank you for that link Anna, and you make good points about the heavy distressing and whiskering that isn’t my style.

Kari same point if the quality has gone down it’s probably best to look elsewhere.

These reasons might be why I don’t see anyone but teens wear them they are shopping elsewhere at better brand stores.
