I dug out an old navy sweater today and while I usually wear it with pants, I tried it with a dress today. Does this work?

I think it could work, but better with a bright scarf or some jewellery! And although you're looking comfortable barefeet like I want to be right now :), I find it hard to get the complete feel of my outfit without my footwear on!

The lighting makes it difficult to see, but from what I could see it has a nice silhouette. I agree that a scarf or long necklace would be perfect.

Hi Kirti, it is hard to see due to the dark colours in this pic. From what I can make out it looks O.K.

It works IMO. I agree you could use something to add brightness. Doesn't have to be bright color, shiny would do it - like a black satin ribbon or something.
