Does anyone recognize this belt?

Scarlet no real help to you but I know I saw something like this recently. I've been racking my brain to recall where and I think it was at a local thrift store. I considered buying it but wasn't sure...now I wish I had. Sorry I can't be more help.

No sorry, I don't recognize it. But this could be a great DIY project - a tan belt, some black dye, and painter's tape to mark off the stripes.
