Ok so I have REALLY small feet (like size 4) and I have a anniversary date next Saturday I really need some help...

I know Nordstrom and Zappos both carry shoes down to a 4, if you're in the U.S. I think the styles that run that small may be limited, but there should still be a good selection of different options at each.

I think most of your options are going to be online; I don't know how many stores carry shoes that small on the sales floor.

Regarding stores that sell small shoe sizes, what city / country do you live in?
Perhaps someone near you can suggest stores that are local to you?

In my travels, I have noticed that children's shoes generally sell for less then adult shoes, so perhaps you can even look at the youth section of a shoe store and see if they have something that suits your tastes?
