Does anyone else get mixed up between these two designers names?

Not those two, but all of the cheap designers that try to sound like the pricier ones....well they trick me from time to time. As in *Apostrophe* is not the same as Anthropologie, lol!

I get Rachel Roy and Rachel Zoe mixed up all the time. Sometimes Rachel Ray gets in to the mix too, which annoys me because I can't stand her!

*chuckle* I don't see why Vince Camuto couldn't just have been named Camuto so I didn't have to get it confused with just plain Vince!

I know Alice + Olivia from Vogue sewing patterns, actually! It's kind of funny you do that, Angie, because the A+O line is named after the mothers of the two designers, and the Elizabeth and James line is named for the Olsen twin's brother and sister...for some reason, I read anything I can about The Row and E and J lines, so I've never mixed A+O and E+J up.

I feel there are a ton of Some Girl & Some Boy clothing brands out there now, and I'm no longer paying attention.

And come to think of it, I'm not sure I realize Peter Som, Derek Lam, and Philip Lim are different designers.

But I DO know who my best friend Davey Hom is. LOL. Thank goodness, or he'd make me do the parasol dance.

Ha, you're right, MPJ! And I was confused, ironically. It's the Nordstrom brand Nic + Zoe that's named for the designer's two kids. Ack!

Ack. I'm so glad I'm not the only one. I recently saw a pair of shoes I liked, but the store didn't have my size. I decided to look for them on Zappos, but couldn't find them there for some reason. It took me a long, long time to figure out it was because I was looking under Michael Michael Kors when they were Marc by Marc Jacobs. I actually had to go back to the store to look.
