Do you ever spot other YLFers stuff?

I stopped into Gap today and thought to myself, "oh, I think those are the snakeskin skinnies that Sarah has." Then of course there are the Nordstrom pieces that several people have. Not sure what that means other than I remember weird things sometimes...

Yes! I spied a dress that AJ posted some time ago, and I saw a sweater dress that Goldenpig featured. Both at TJMax. It was like running into an old friend!

I've also ran into the blue and white polka dot Target dress that Angie featured. I have it too, and it was fun to see how it looked on other people!

In fact, I actually named an outfit (in my head) I wore last weekend, "ClearlyChewy" because it involved these really nice Mossimo Premium Flare jeans (Target) that Claire had shown, and a pretty paisley blouse from Kohl's that Chewyspaghetti had found. I have a different colour blouse than Chewy has, and I actually bought it before I saw hers on YLF, but I have to say - I was rather thrilled to see Chewyspaghetti in her paisley blouse. I got a blue one, but it's still my "Chewy" blouse, and the jeans are "Clearly" jeans.

Not that often, as we don't have many retail stores here. But I do often shop for other YLFers (like "Oh, that's so (_______)!" Not only is it fun, but it helps me to hone down my own choices because it allows me to know the difference between my own style and being influenced by others.

I've been doing a lot of online window shopping planning a bunch of new buys and I'm so familliar with whats in the shops that I often recognise where something a random stanger is wearing comes from! But I agree it's nice to see how someone else wears something and it often gives me inspiration.
