This is often the case with my loungewear (track pants and gym section...) and my aprons and some sleepwear (I have things with lace and satin and sequins and ribbon, so not me, but this is where I skimp on the budget and still find comfort). And oh yes swimwear. Currently I wear a hot pink and white striped tankini. With a navy bow! V not my style!

Suz, Mandipa - Oh, I'm happy to not be alone! Most of the time my frames are basically a medical device. I put them on when I've reached the contacts time limit. Or actually, when I'm past it and am preparing for bed (I know, my bad). Then I remembered they're a fashion accessory.

Beth Ann - I'm so paranoid they'll take me over. Like Invasion of the Body Snatchers. I think they definitely x-nay the thought of earrings and necklaces, maybe even bracelets. That's a lot of jewelry right there on the frames, at least for me.

K - I was thinking they could be turned 'punk lite' (which is what I am - either that, or hard core... hehe). I suppose thing is, I think they're not very country punk. Nashville maybe, but not Cold Mountain country.

Claire - I'd forgotten about duct tape! You jest, but I'm serious. I was pondering ways to superglue black ribbon around the bling...
