Hm. I actually kind of like it. You could probably wear a fitted l/s sweater underneath for winter and wear it as pictured for summer... so maybe it's more versatile than it seems at first glance!

Why do you think it has limited wearability? I think it's more versatile than the VPL. You can layer a tank or LS under it depending on the season.
