One of the reasons I feel comfortable going barelegged at work in the summertime is that there are several men here who wear shorts in the summer. Usually knee-length shorts made out of business casual pant-type material, either paired with birks or loafers. Overall the place is very business casual--mostly men wearing buttondowns and full length pants, almost no ties or even jackets in the winter (most men wear sweaters rather than sportscoats for warmth).
