I'm not sure how else to describe it, but I'm sick to death of buying denim with a ton of stretch. I adore how it looks when I first put it on, but an hour later, my pants are falling down and I'm constantly readjusting and feeling less than fab. My Kut jeans that I loved at first? After six months of wear, I loathe them. They give too much -- so much that even the button popped through the fabric!
I've realized that even though I'm a pretty pear, my best jeans have been 100% cotton with maaybe 1% stretch. Turns out, I benefit from a jean that holds me in a bit more, as opposed to "giving."
Or, perhaps I should focus on a better fit through the rise (mine is long) to prevent the sagging and downward creep that occurs with stretchier fabrics?
