I stumbled onto this tutorial for tassel necklaces on Merrick's Art and thought it would be a fun little summer project to do with my girls (8 year old twins). Little did I know they would spend the whole afternoon making tassels! They loved it! We spruced up a few tired bead necklaces from our stash and found some fun thrifted ones to update as well. I just wanted to share this super easy and cheap project.
