So interesting to see. Fun pandemic project and k like them all - and think the mustard/ gold does work on you! Suits your style, climate and lifestyle and a great way to get tees that you love!
Fabulous results and I am full of admiration with how you turn your need for distraction into a creative outlet with beautiful results. So much healthier than eating popcorn and staring at the internet. Referring to a "friend" of course .
Living all of these. In the 90s I used to do a lot of tie dying with bleach. I even free-hand painted some black converse sneakers with bleach, and the results were awesome. You might try that if you have some tees where you like the base color but want to add pattern.
Ditto everything Jaime just wrote (but substitute chocolate for popcorn, which my "friend" absolutely loves)! I love seeing your process and the results are TDF. Your use of color is really fab--when I used to dye stuff a lot, I found it hard to get just the right tone I wanted, but your colors look beautiful, and work so well with your gorgeous array of print skirts!
Love all the DIY tie-dye projects here, Jessikams included-thanx for posting in detail, will have to try it once- and with new techniques-again...(did my share in the 80's:-))
