This woman is insanely creative! What great ideas she has! I'm with Rae though -- this would suit someone needing more "club" attire that "work" attire. It would also be harder if you just needed bigger and longer, since most of these alterations involving cutting things down. Still, some of the lace ideas, like the inserts in the sides of the shirt, turning a mans tee into a dolman shirt, and the zipper collar are all things that might work for a 40-something like me.
