I ordered this lovely argyle sweater weeks ago, thinking it would arrive in plenty of time to try before I leave for my Camino trip. It hasn’t arrived, the tracking information is incomplete, and customer service hasn’t been terribly helpful (they told me to wait until after the 19th for it to be delivered before contacting them again — of course that was a Friday so I’m cooling my heels this weekend). I will contact them again on Monday, but if it turns out the sweater is lost, I’m out of luck because it’s now sold out in my size. Ugh. Just venting. Now I know why I mainly stick with Nordstrom.
