Dinner out - help me style new Milly Tweed Skirt

I love my new tweed Milly pencil skirt and tonight is its debut!

I've been trying to decide what to wear it with tonight for dinner at a nice restaurant with friends. It's pretty mild here so shoes and my grey trench will be fine.

#1 Grey cardigan - cozy but maybe too casual, black turtleneck, grey Clarks low heels

#2 Black turtleck, Black Charlotte Ronson jacket, grey tights, Necklace of Polished River Rocks handmade in German, Chromatic Gallerie Pumps

#3 Velvet lightweight sweater, grey tights, Chromatic pumps

#4 Black Charlotte Ronson jacket, blank tank, sheer hose, Chromatic pumps

What look do you like? Suggestions?

I like ##2 and 3 but would prefer sheer nude or black hose instead of opaque tights - especially if weather permits.

I really like them all. 1 & 3 look like they would be great for a work environment. For your dinner I like the jacket added in 2 &4, with a slight preference for 4.

I like #2 for the bling at the neck and #3. #1 isn't quite hitting the right note for out to dinner.

Marmee and Mo, I love that necklace with the outfit too. It's a favourtie, bought for me by DH for an anniversary gift a few years ago while traveling through Germany on a river cruise. I have trouble figuring out how to use it so when it does work with an outfit I'm really happy.

Sveta, I agree that I like the nude hose (not into black hose right now). I'm thinking maybe go with #2 with sheer hose instead of the opaque tights.

Thanks for the complements on the skirt! It's been in the closet for a few weeks and I've been itching to debut it. I don't know if you can tell from the photos but it has a black leather waist band that is quite attractive.
