Difference between blog & forum?

I'm still finding my way around the new YLF & I see people's blog come up on the side. How do I get there usually? Will the same posts be in the forum or would I miss them if I didn't find my way to this blog thing? Is there something different we need to do if we post as a blog rather than on the forum?

Hi Elle,

If you set up a lookfab blog then you can choose to post some of your forum posts there too. In the "Start a Conversation" page you will see a checkbox that says "Show this post in your lookfab blog".

If you choose to do this with a post then it appears in both places, on your blog and on the forum. People can respond in either place and all replies appear in both places.

Here's an example... something that Aida posted on the forum:

But that she also chose to publish on her blog.

http://aida.lookfab.com/post/wiw-0326-29-30

So the answer to your original question is, no, you won't miss these posts if you only look on the forum.
