Did anyone try the Zara pleated top?

Angie's post today with the Ted Baker pleated top reminded me that I really liked this one, too, from Zara -- and although I saw it in Boston last weekend I did not try it on. I love the odd shape, and it is a much more affordable way to do pleated floral. I know it falls under "just flattering enough" -- strangely I seem to be attracted to those shapes. They keep me from looking too sweet I think.

Has anyone tried it on? I am thinking of ordering.

That is a gorgeous top! I love the way the pleats release at the bottom so you get a little figure flattery going on. I know what you mean about looking too "sweet" in florals, but this is edgier and super modern. I will go take a look and I hope you just order it!

I wish you had tried it on! I thought it was really intriguing but not for busty me. I'd love to see it on you.

I tried on an asymmetrical printed tee in Zara that I almost bought. Still thinking about it. This one:

I love both of those tops. I was tempted by the same one, Viva, but in the other colour way, but I didn't notice it at that Zara. I must have missed it. I might in fact order it to try.

Oh, Janet - I like that more than the italian village tee at Ted Baker. So much bolder and interesting, and the placement of the design is flattering, I bet. Would look so fab under both of your new jackets!!!!

Side view a total non-issue for me, too. Remember that massive J. Crew sweater that most people felt was too tent like from the side? Well, it probably is a bit too tent like, but I kept it and wore the HECK out of it for 6 weeks (while temperatures dictated it suitable.)

I saw that shirt, but wasn't so sure about the shape on me. Would love to see it on you.

Janet, I bought that shirt at Zara, but I am returning it because the neckline was way to high on me and the short side hit me at an unflattering point.

Carambola, you know what, I am trying to remember whether it was a medium or a large that I liked better, because I tried on both colorways, one in a M and one in a L. I *think* I liked the L on me better for a little additional length and drape, but I could go either way -- I normally wear a size 6 or 8 top for reference and often need a L in Zara. I might order both & post for feedback.
