I didn't want to hijack the "should I buy the diaper pants" thread, so I decided to start a new one.
When I saw the title of the post, my mind went straight to the awesome shorts I used to wear in the early 80's. When I actually saw the post, I realized that they are more harem pants, but I giggled about those old diaper wrap shorts. I couldn't find a picture of them, but this tutorial for making wrap pants is similar. The part at the bottom where she shows how to put them on is the way we wore those shorts. They were very short and curved at the hem, which made them way too sexy for a 12 year old. I thought I was hot stuff in them! The ones I liked best were a crazy Hawaiian floral print. I wish I could find a better example!
