HI Ladies,
So the NAS and fall in general coming up, I am craving a brown or burgundy leather jacket for my wardrobe. The caveats: I have set my own limit at $200 max, based on many factors(including guilt for buying more clothing) but also that 10 years ago I bought my very first leather jacket on a trip to Italy, a black leather car coat that I bargained down to $140 .I still have it, but it is just not my style anymore.

BUT I would like something modern and fitted. My style tends to be very classic but I would like something a bit kickier.I am eyeing these at Nord's:

The Alice and Olivia one really gets my heart fluttering but it is WAY out of my league price-wise and comes only in black I think. I would much rather brown, I think it is softer on me.
So any thoughts on how much to invest in a jacket? I held on to the last one(and still have it( for 10 years now--not bad! And should I go more classic like the first one, or indulge my need to update?
The alternative is ofcourse to wait until after Dec for a jacket on sale, but that's not quite as much fun
