Degrassi Junior High Fashion

I have been wallowing in nostalgia and watching this on DVD. Did any of you watch this canadian youth program in the 80's and 90's? The fashion is SOOO 80's and a lot of it has not come back in the current revival!

I used to watch it and love it! It's scary how much of the 80's is coming back - the other day I saw some neon shoes and had some serious flashbacks...

I LOVED Degrassi! I'm Canadian, and Friday nights while I was babysitting I ALWAYS watched Degrassi High. It was so edgy, too, discussing abortion, cancer, parents being killed, etc.

It it a little scary how much is coming back from the eighties. I don't mind the early nineties stuff so much, but the eighties stuff - I don't know.

I was in high school in early eighties so I can relate. Degrassi was a bit after my time (in college I was quite the boho hippie chick and didn't watch tv) but I was looking at old yearbooks recently and thinking the same thing.
Skinny jeans! We had to make our own back then but everyone got mom to peg the leg as close to ankle as we could before Guess came out with the skinny/ankle zips.
