Hi, All! As a newbie, I'm finding it a little difficult to come up with the meaning of some of the acronyms I read here. Is there an online glossary that I've overlooked? At issue are HEWI and RATE. I think I have a general idea of what they mean, but need specifics! Thanks in advance
