deep breaths

i'm heading off to the salon later and going to let my stylist work her magic. i'm a bit nervous to say the least.

in the meantime, i have a couple of pictures of my only really sexy outfit. i have a Chloe bag and boots, and i love wearing them with this denim skirt, and the pullover my aunt knit for me. i think the boots need to be updated, and i'd really like to do that, replace them with something more modern looking and on trend. would a really short boot be a good replacement?

also, a couple of shots of just the boots. clearly rather dated.

Gorgeous boots. They look plenty current actually, and excellent to wear over black Ponte pants or jeans.

Have fun at your hair app. The good thing about hair is that it grows back, so no worries at all.

Fingers crossed for a good cut. You've got great legs! I agree that the boots don't look dated, and I think you could wear them over skinnies or under a midi skirt length if you wanted to try some other silhouettes. I think that short boots with this outfit might not be the best proportions - it'd leave a lot of tights exposed since the skirt is a mini. Shorter boots could be a good additional option to wear with longer skirts and dresses, and of course with jeans.

I really like the color of those boots, so cute and I think a bootie would work too. It is a sexy outfit but you really aren't showing much skin at all, which keeps it elegant.

I love the boots! Such a rich shade of brown and nice hardware. I don't think they look dated at all, but could see a short boot being a good addition so you have more options.
