I have tried to find some jeans this year. I also tried on a few tops. The clear winner in tops, no surprise, is the Nordstrom cashmere crew sweater. I prefer the light blue and plan to return the royal blue...too bright. I also like the Z&V top, not pictured below, and am debating two others...see below.  Note: Nothing is styled here…I did not coordinate my tops to the jeans, or my shoes.  If you need better pictures in coordinated outfits, let me know.

For consideration:
1. Rag and Bone Rosa boyfriend jeans. (With the light blue cashmere crew and a new necklace I like). These are a tiny bit large in the waist and hips in my usual size however the rise on these Is perfect. They feel very comfy. They may be a bit short. I could cuff them.

2. Mother straight leg jeans, color called high life, and the cashmere crew I am going to return. These jeans also feel very comfy. The rise fits me well. The length may be a bit short.

3. Mother step hem jeans. I liked these at first however, I became less fond of them after trying on the Rosa's. The Rosa's feel so much better. The top is a 100%cotton Faherty top. Not sure about it? It's wrinkled from the package here. Is it too light? Are the step hems cut at an odd length?

4. L'agence baby bootleg jeans, sized up. The rise on these is perfect. I like the length as well. They may be a bit loose. The top is from Caslon. I'm inclined to keep it, although I am unsure of the color.
5. Nordstrom cashmere dress, size small. I tried this in the medium which was much too big. DH prefers this size and thinks I should keep it. I'm on the fence. I am thinking it's too small. What do you think?

6. L'agence baby boot jeans (same as in picture 4) in my usual size. These are okay. Look great in the rear, however, the rise is slightly short and they cause a bit of muffin top which you cannot see since it's covered with my tee.

7. Paige Manhattan slim boot, my usual size. May be slightly long with flats. Works well with two inch heels.
8. Same jeans sized up.

I like the Paige jeans. I have no clue which size is better. They seem very similar. My usual size is a bit snug in the thighs. In fact, I think the Rag and Bone are loose because I typically size up to accommodate my muscular thighs and the Rosa's are roomy in the thighs so I might better fit into something that fit my waist and hips! LOL!!

I tried the Theory sweater dress in the finds section. It was too large in the chest and shoulders area. It would look amazing on someone with more curves. The material was soft and lovely. I also liked the tone of the grey. It looked darker in person than on my browser screen.

Thanks for reading! I look forward to learning your thoughts!
