Debating on a dress

I saw this dress in Lucky about a week or 2 ago and really liked it. I found it again today on Modcloth and I'm debating on it. I like the shade of green and I think it would suit me. The back is lined so it will also cover my tattoo (a big plus for me). I'm thinking about getting it and telling one of brothers that it can be a Christmas/birthday present from them (my birthday is right after Christmas). I think it could work with my tights and boots as well has summer sandals. What do y'all think?

I think it's pretty! I bet it would span the seasons nicely, and look fab with a belt too.

Ooooh, like party dress meets sundress! I think it wants fuzzy vest, or a big pendant. We can't properly say until you're wearing it, of course, so you better get on buying it!

I love it! Looks like it's crying out for a wide belt and a statement necklace. I personally would not wear a fuzzy vest; those things visually add pounds, IMO. Maybe you could make the dress more casual with a cropped denim vest or jacket, a rustic leather belt, and some boots. You could wear it with sandals in the summer. What a versatile dress, really!
